🚚 Exchange & No Return Policy – Kazze


At Kazze, we are committed to delivering the correct products with precision and care. In the rare event that an incorrect item is shipped, we offer a limited Exchange Policy. Please note that returns are not accepted under any circumstances.


🔄 Exchange Policy (Incorrect Product Only – 5-Day Window)


If you receive a product that does not match your confirmed order, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:


- Timeframe: Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days of delivery.

- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

- Verification: You must provide clear photographs and order details for verification.

- Approval: Once verified, Kazze will arrange for the correct item to be shipped.

- Shipping Costs: If the error is confirmed to be on our part, Kazze will bear shipping costs for both return and replacement.


To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team at [support@kazze.in] or call +91-9211877277 with your order ID and issue details.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Kazze does not accept returns under any circumstances, including:

- Incorrect product selection by the customer

- Change of mind after purchase

- Compatibility issues not verified prior to ordering
